Adagio Health Power Up is a nutrition and physical activity education program funded through the USDA’s SNAP-Education program. Power Up educators provide direct and indirect nutrition education to all ages. Power Up’s target audience is anyone eligible to receive or currently receiving SNAP benefits. ​

Using evidence-based curricula, Power Up educators deliver monthly nutrition lessons in the classroom to preschool and school age children, adults and seniors.

Of special interest are the Adagio Health Power Up Monthly Minders. Targeted to parents and caregivers, the Power Up Monthly Minders contain basic information about nutrition and physical activity to help parents and caregivers build healthy lives for themselves and their families. Content has been crafted by nutrition professionals to provide families free access to nutrition tips, healthy recipes, and fun activities.
